Rental & Security Deposit Policy

1. Eligibility Requirements (18+)

VELORA services are strictly restricted to adults aged 18 and older. By submitting an availability inquiry or confirming a rental booking, you legally affirm that you meet the age requirement.

2. Rental Duration & Unified Rates

Atelier pricing is uniform across all models in our collection with zero hidden surcharges:

• Daily rental (24 hours): 150 €
• Weekly rental (7 days): 500 €
• Security deposit: 200 € (fully refundable)
• Payment Method: Payment is accepted strictly by card only (credit or debit card). Cash transactions are not accepted.

Deliveries occur at your chosen time window. The 24-hour rental clock begins precisely upon physical handover.

3. Security Deposit & Expedited Refund (2-4 Hours)

The 200 € security deposit is placed upon rental inception and acts solely as protection against severe material damages (e.g. extensive TPE laceration, structural joint fracture caused by excessive force).

What is NOT damage: Standard intimate contact, gentle handling, and normal pose adjustments within anatomical limits are fully anticipated and never deducted from your deposit.

Refund Timeline: Following pickup and routine visual assessment at the atelier (taking 2 to 4 hours), the full 200 € deposit is immediately returned via card refund or bank wire.

4. Discreet Delivery & Retrieval

All transports take place in custom neutral matte black flight-cases bearing zero logos, labels, or hints of the contents. Our private courier coordinates discreetly for delivery directly to your residence or private rendezvous across mainland Greece.
