Protecting your privacy is the cornerstone of VELORA. Rather than aggregating and profiling client databases, our architecture is purposely engineered to retain zero lingering records beyond what is strictly necessary to execute your delivery.
2. Collected Information & Scope
We only collect information voluntarily submitted via our inquiry interface:
- Name or alias: for courteous personal communication.
- Email, phone, or secure handle (Signal / Telegram / What's Up): for encrypted reservation coordination.
- Delivery locale: strictly to map the courier itinerary.
We never mandate public account creation, and client data is never sold, shared, or accessible to advertising networks.
3. Automated 48-Hour Data Purge
Following successful retrieval and deposit return, all contact details and address logs are permanently purged from our encrypted systems within 48 hours. Zero digital traces remain associated with your session.
4. Encrypted & Direct Communication Channels
We actively encourage clients to contact us via end-to-end encrypted or direct messaging channels such as Signal (Velora.atelier / 6986920610), Telegram (Velora.atelier / 6986920610), What's Up / WhatsApp (Velora.atelier / 6986920610), or via official email (Velora.companions@gmail.com) for sovereign confidentiality.
