Sanitization is executed by specialized personnel within a sterile environment, utilizing certified antibacterial, antifungal, and virucidal agents specifically engineered for medical TPE polymer and Platinum silicone integrity.
2. The 4-Stage Decontamination Protocol
Stage 1: Deep Microbicidal Flush
Comprehensive internal and external cleansing using medical-grade isotonic sanitizing solutions and purified 38°C water, eliminating 99.99% of pathogens without compromising polymer integrity.
Stage 2: UV-C Germicidal Radiation
Immersion of all intimate contours inside a 254nm wavelength UV-C sterilization chamber, disrupting bacterial and viral DNA/RNA structures for verified molecular sterility.
Stage 3: Velvet Skin Finishing
Application of pure, hypoallergenic medical polymer finishing powder to restore supple velvet tactile warmth and prevent any moisture accumulation.
Stage 4: Airtight Seal & Security Tape
Encased in an antistatic sterile enclosure and secured with an individually numbered tamper-evident seal. Any sign of seal tampering triggers immediate unit quarantine.
3. Verified Handover Certificate
Every flight-case contains an inspection certification card documenting date, time of sterilization, and unique seal serial number. You are guaranteed to be the only person breaking the seal following medical preparation.
